The TrolMaster Carbon-X CDA-1 CO² system provides critical monitoring of CO² levels for up to 13 separate zones / rooms.
The system can have high level alerts (up to 30,000ppm) and low level alerts (5,000ppm).
Both high and low level limits are user adjustable to meet local regulations for CO2 supplemental use indoors.
The Carbon-X system can also control various devices such as ventilation fans, dampers, CO² main valves, as well as send a signal to the firefighters by interfacing to the fire/alarm panel in the facility.
Automatic CO² shutoff is achieved by wiring the facility's main CO² solenoid in series with one of the system's control modules.
The settings for each of the devices connected to the system are user selectable for easy customization.
Each room monitored by the Carbon-X will also prompt an audio-visual alarm to alert staff of the level of CO2 in the area and whether or not it is safe to occupy the area.
