COLLECTOR SEEDS

Collector Seeds is the online department of Martin Grow Shop dedicated to selling collector souvenirs of Cannabis Marijuana. In Italy, the cultivation of Marijuana is prohibited (Art. 28 and 73 of DPR 309/90) unless you have a special authorization (Art. 17 DPR 309/90). Cannabis souvenirs for collectors are therefore sold through this website and can only be used for the following purposes:

• Collectibles.
• Preservation of genetics.

Martin Grow Shop, through the online department Collector Seeds, markets collector seeds with the reservation that they are not used by third parties or in conflict with Italian laws. Cannabis collector souvenirs sold by Martin Grow Shop, through the online department Collector Seeds, are excluded from the legal notion of Marijuana (Art. 17 DPR 309/90), meaning they are not considered narcotics (L. 412 of 1974, Art. 1, Comma 1, Lett. B; Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of New York of 1961 and Table I of the Decree of the Ministry of Health April 11, 2006).
